Pelikan Edelstein Fountain Pen Ink - 50 ml Bottle - Garnet

The dark red of Pelikan's Edelstein line, named for the stone. Edelstein is German for precious stone, and each ink in the collection takes its color from one. Garnet began as the 2014 Ink of the Year and was brought back permanently in 2018 — one of the few Ink of the Year colors Pelikan has moved into the standing line. It's a well-saturated red that leans slightly orange, reading as a deep true red in daylight and showing more of its warmth under artificial light. Comes in Edelstein's weighted glass bottle, curved and heavy enough to sit steady on a desk.
