Why it's special:
- Coated paper gives ink a vivid and lustrous appearance
- Durable twin ring binding for convenience and comfort
- Micro-perforated pages for easy removal
- Simple design for distraction free writing
This twin ring notebook features white 68gsm Tomoe River paper, suited to all types of pens, including fountain pens. Despite its light weight, it holds generous amounts of ink without bleeding or feathering, and shows off sheening and shimmering inks well. The 68gsm version of Tomoe River is the heavier of the two standard weights, giving a little more body when writing and a sturdier sheet — which, with the micro-perforated pages, makes for clean, easy removal.

I was hesitant because: spirals. These are great. Not janky. Great for small spaces, writing folded back on your lap in the car etc. Pages remove cleanly and this paper holds up to my fountain pens - even the ridiculously broad nibs. Recommend all TPM notebooks. Thank you, Blake!
I Highly recommend it
I wish these could be made into the hardcover version with more sheets like the 52gsm TRP that is sold now. 68gsm is such a great weight to me and I like it more than the 52gsm. In the meantime I’ll use these as the paper is amazing!
This is a simple yet high quality notebook. The Tomoe River paper is a delight and the binding is really nice. I get no bleedthrough and just a touch of ghosting, which is only visible if you haven't written on the back yet. Once you do, you don't see it. I also like that the margins on the ruled paper, 10mm top and bottom, maybe 3mm right and left, are not ridiculously large as they are on some notebooks I've had. I actually can't think of anything to improve.
